I grew up in sub-tropical Brisbane on a diet of cold beer, warm sunshine and barbecued seafood before discovering the sensory delights of wine. I was 17 when champagne first passed my lips and that was it - a seed was planted. Many thousands of Champagnes now tasted, my love for it continues to grow.
