I grew up in sub-tropical Brisbane on a diet of cold beer and warm sunshine before discovering the sensory delights of wine. I was 17 when champagne first passed my lips and from that sip, the love affair began. Many thousands of Champagnes now tasted, my love for it continues to grow. My client list includes Moët et Chandon, Piper-Heidsieck, Nyetimber, Squerryes and the Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships. In 2015, I was named UK Champagne Ambassador and European Vice-Lauréat Ambassador, and in 2018 I was named a Chevalier of the Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne.
